Today it is not uncommon for women in there thirties to be infertile. Often times this is a result of exposure to high levels of xenohormones in the environment. Xenohormone exposure can negatively effect the reproductive tracts of both men and women from conception on. They reap havoc on the reproductive system by damaging progesterone and/or taking up progesterone receptor sites in our body. Reports of anovulatory cycles, or monthly cycles in which ovulation does not take place, are on the rise and are occurring among women even as early as their twenties. Ten to fifteen years ago is was not normal to see such frequent anovulatory cycles until a woman was in her forties. This too is thought to be a result of increased exposure to xenohormones. Oral contraceptives, contraceptive implants or shots and intrauterine devices (IUDs) are also known to contribute to infertility. If you've tried unsuccessfully to become pregnant - then you may be experiencing anovulatory cycles. Progesterone may be used from day 5-26 for 3 consecutive months to suppress ovulation. Ovulation is likely to occur on the fourth month, which you can confirm with an Ovu-Tech kit. During this fourth month - use the progesterone starting immediately after ovulation as a sudden drop in progesterone or a blockage of its receptor sites at this time will result in a miscarriage. (This is how the "morning after pill" works) Continue using the cream once you've conceived to help support the pregnancy. Progesterone is the hormone that makes possible the survival of the fertilized egg. It maintains the lining of the uterus, which the fertilized egg will attach to and receive sustenance from during its first stages of growth. Researcher Katherina Dalton, M.D. says that babies born to mothers who used natural progesterone during pregnancy are normal - and, in fact, larger, calmer, and smarter. Before beginning the expensive and often unsuccessful process of working with a fertility clinic, one should try supplementing with a transdermal natural progesterone cream first. Many women, even those who have been trying to conceive for years, have had very good results conceiving using Natural Progesterone Cream.
